Terms, Conditions and Cancellation policy

To confirm your booking we request the first nights room’s rate be covered by a valid credit or debit card there are no additional fees added. Your booking is not secured until confirmed by Badgers Hall

What if you have to cancel?

You have booked your room, and paid the deposit, but have had to cancel. When your booking is accepted, you enter into a binding contract with us, the owners of Badgers Hall. We undertake to provide the required accommodation and meals for the specified dates at the agreed price, and you commit yourself to paying our charges. Reservations are often made well in advance and re-letting a cancelled room may be difficult, therefore if you cancel even with good notice and reason we are entitled to keep your deposit. In addition, if we are unable to let your room, we have the right to demand full payment for the room to recover revenue lost. (see additional note for no show guests) However at Badgers Hall we do not carry out this practice. At our discretion and as a gesture of good will, and you have notified us in writing that you need to cancel we will carry the deposit forward to a future booking for the same year even though, in law, we have no obligation to do so. For Guests who opted to pay us in full at the time of making the reservation, the first nights tariff will be carried forward to a future reservation for the same year the remaining balance will be re-credited your your card less an admin charge of £15.00 In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival guests will be responsible for payment in full unless the room is re-let for the duration of their confirmed booking No Show Guests – For guests that fail to turn up on the day of arrival they will be charged in full for the duration of the reservation. No allowance will be made for accommodation being vacated before the expiry of the booking. Guests who choose to pay the total tariff upon making a reservation or pre-pay as a gift for others there is no cash re-fund Guests are strongly advised to arrange holiday cancellation insurance to cover confirmed bookings.
