Terms, Conditions and Cancellation policy

To confirm your booking we require the first nights accommodation to be covered by a valid  debit card. Your booking is not secured until confirmed by Badgers Hall

What if you have to cancel?

You have booked your room, paid the deposit and have to cancel!

When your booking is accepted a binding contract is entered into with us at Badgers Hall. We undertake to provide the required accommodation and meals on the specified dates at an agreed tariff and you commit to paying our charges. We appreciate that reservations are often made well in advance, however, re-letting a cancelled room at any stage can be difficult. Therefore even if you cancel with good notice and reason we are entitled to retain your deposit. Additionally, if we are unable to let your room we do have the right to demand full payment for the room to recover the revenue lost (see additional note for no show guests below). However, at Badgers Hall we do not carry out this practise. At our discretion, and as a gesture of good will, when you have notified us in writing that you need to cancel we will carry the deposit forward to a future booking for the same year even though, in law, we have no obligation to do so. For guests who choose to pay us in full at the time of booking, the first night’s tariff will be carried forward to a future reservation in the same year and the remaining balance will be re-funded less an administration charge of £50.00. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, guests will be responsible for payment in full unless the room is re-let for the duration of their proposed stay.

No Show Guests – For guests that fail to turn up on the day of arrival the principles above will apply.
